No. We offer standalone design packages, and we're happy to hand off plans to another reputable builder.
How long does design take?+
A typical custom home design runs 6–12 weeks. Single-room designs are faster — usually 2–4 weeks.
Will I see 3D renderings?+
Yes. Renderings are part of our standard design package so you can see and feel the spaces before they're built.
Can you work in styles outside your portfolio?+
Absolutely. We've designed everything from modern farmhouse to contemporary to traditional — your taste leads.
