How long does a custom home take to build?+
Most of our custom homes take 9–14 months from groundbreaking, plus 2–4 months of design and pre-construction beforehand.
Do I need land already?+
Not necessarily. We can help you evaluate lots, or work with land you already own anywhere in central Iowa.
Can you work from plans I already have?+
Yes. We're happy to build from architect-provided plans, or refine them with our in-house design team.
What's the typical investment range?+
Our custom homes generally start in the mid-$600s and scale up. We'll give you honest numbers in our first sit-down.
